Burbank police saw a man pushing a shopping cart down the street and stopped to cite him for a Burbank Municipal Code Violation.
According to police they found a dagger in possession of the man turning a BMC violation into a Possession of a Weapon violation, landing the man a trip to the police station.
Jonathan Schwartz (33) of Burbank, was arrested at Thornton and Frederic on Saturday afternoon around 1:35 pm and transported to BPD jail where he was cited and released. He is scheduled to appear in court on February25, 2015.
